I know every gender of my clan as well as 2-3 other clans I've been with in the past. Not that hard if it comes in convo to remember. We have seven woman in our clan at them moment, and in my older clan of 50 we had more than 25 woman. We even have a member in his mid 60's.
I don't assume anyone's gender when they first come on. I simply ask them to make it easier.
