Maxed TH6 looking for a Clan

My TH is currently being upgraded as the final touches of the maxing are completed. I still have two elixir collectors that need to be upgraded. The will be done before the TH upgrade is complete.

I do not find it easy to look for a new clan but my current one really gave me no choice. I would like to find a clan and be with them for the rest of my life.

I'm looking for a clan that understands:

English Speaking
The bonding the clan is important (I can provide a website to help with that)
That defense is just as important as offense.
Provides real help to newbies that seek it
Probably best if most are over 30 years old (I am 56)
Does not promote every woman that enters the clan (haha)
Generous (I need help in my attacks and defense now)
Wins most of their Clan Wars
Wars often/always
Has fun
Likes to chat

You don't have to be all of those things but those are some of what is important to me. I am new, playing for a month and a few days now. I'm 56 going on 16. I am an American living in the Philippines (Retired). I seem to be addicted tot his game which is bad since there is so much waiting... HAHA :)

Zouldiers:
I started this clan about a few months ago simply because I wanted to lead my own succesful clan and at last Zouldiers was established on Nov. 22, 2014. We always have a plan for every war so we mean business when it comes to wars. We accept at least level 6 town hall as long as they are active and generous. We war at most thrice a week. We do farming on the break or depends on you whether to push or farm. We war a lot so we can also get more resources. We help guys learn on attacking in clan wars as well. Donation ratio will be 1:2. NO BARCHING IN CLAN WARS. We also do breaks on holidays as well. Most of the troops we donate are lvl 5 troops.
About me:
I'm MCC and the leader of the said clan and i'm currently in town hall 8 at level 79 and I donate a lot of troops that you need as long as they are realistic.
To join, here are some requirements:
1.1000+ trophies, lvl 30+ experience
2. Non-rushed town hall. Can be rushed but not too rushed.
-town hall 6: lvl 30+
-town hall 7: lvl 45+
-town hall 8: lvl 60+
-town hall 9: lvl 80+
-town hall 10: lvl 90+
3.Be active, mature and donate what is requested
4. Always participate in clan wars.
Elder and co-leader are earned through lots of donations, loyalty, trust and performance in clan wars.

Hello . I will keep short as much as i can . Well our clan legendary troop has few maxed our troops with witches! And we donate alot. Alosleader (i) am an experience leader coz i restrated this game from th10 if u dont believe i can show you. And i promise that you will be perfect on every attacks with raiding th10s and th9s oo even if you are th8. Our clan had some job to clear off due to internal reason but we are quite sure we will be strong enough to rule all clans!

The graphic displays most of the information about our clan, I invite you to come check it out. We are an english speaking clan that operates based around eastern central time. We do have some members from Asia who happen to be able to play the game during out normal hours. Promotions are only handed out as needed. We are great with donations and war 2x per week. Most of our clan is older.

Leader and co-leader are a couple from Finland that has lots of experience of managing clans & guilds in many games.
We have played CoC for quite some time now and these accounts are our secondary accounts.
Both of us are well experienced of clanwars and are ready to share our knowledge about how to win wars!

Our goal:

We aim for winning wars while enjoying game at it's best. Goal is to achieve close knitted punch of dedicated active and mature people that are all playing for clan not just for themselfs.

What kind of players we are looking for:

-For now only th 5-8 to keep war opponents suitable for us. Also at some point we will concider th 9 but then you must be willing to donate alot for war!
-You can be new to game or secondary account of seasond veteran
