If a player leaves a clan during war without attacking they already cannot join another war until the first one is over. But how about marking them with a little shame badge for a few days so new clans know they might be letting a quitter in? This could increase war participation.
No. If they don't want to be in the clan they don't want to. With choosing memers don't choose newbies.
I don't think there is ANY need to criticize players. They have any right, and this should NEVER be implemented into the game.
You also have to factor in some clans are rude, mean, hateful, whatever so why should they stay? That'd fix nothing, it would actually encourage those frustrated players who are say ranked six, to attack number one just for giggles. Trust me you don't want someone in your clan that doesn't want to be there.
