TH8 Master and Slave. (looking forward to your feedback)

The main idea is to make the base compact by moving it to the top and reducing empty spaces for enemy troops to run. It will do massive splash damage for concentrated immobile enemy troops on the border near the walls. Mortars, Hidden teslas (attack range 6) and Wizard Tower can attack enemy forces immediately after spawning on the top sides . Cannons and Archer towers at the right and bottom side are also protected from archers with buildings.

I haven't designed it for the extra gold end elixir storage's as this is only really required for a PEKKA 3 level upgrade (4 million). It is also much easier to protect 2 gold, and 2 elixir storage's.

I cant offer you advice but i can give some feedback.

There are three points i would make about your base, and they are not critisisms, if they where i would also be saying i could design it better. I use someone else's base design because it worked better than what i could come up with.

The top left wizard is very exposed, a giant and 7-8 archers would take it out without any wallbreakers. Giant tank and archers spank.

I would attack from the top middle or the left middle because 4 wb's will open 4 compartments. Basically I am saying it could be stronger if there was not a wall cross there, but a staggered joint.

Lastly i hate to see spring traps in such a weak position. The only thing they will kill are a wb or two trying to open that segment, and that is not what you should hope to achieve. They will launch 15 housing units of troop in the air. So you should be aiming to get 3 giants or bottle up some barbs/archers and get rid of 10+ of them. 1 or 2 wallbreakers is not really optimum. Also the segment they are protecting is not really critical to your base, so even if the giants dont make it in they are not going to be thinned out fast enough to make the intact wall worth it.

Still a decent design and i think it would protect all of your gold 9/10. Which at th8 seems to be all that matters.

My TH7 base has great success in defense and a lot of positive feedback's.

But this is how i would change what you have.

archers and barbs will get distracted by the outside buildings, so they wont be setting the springs of first. The cannon and archer tower are in range to protect all but the DE barracks. Giants will get pulled straight to the defences, and this gives the chance for them to take damage as they walk a long route round, even if they didnt all get killed by spring trap.

Another reason that i would put your mines outside the wall is to stop 'unstoppable' wallbreakers. This is an underused mechanic of wallbreakers. If they are places next to a wall, and i mean next to it, like directly on it, they will explode beofre they can get hit by defences. This means it is always worth making attackers place them further back, so that yout defences can shoot at them.

My change is not perfect, but it is what i would do to alter your base. I hope you like it.

p.s. i love that you use the shield/lvl symbols to disrupt peoples attack. Very clever.

I think it's a not good to put TH outside the walls. Only 2 archers can destroy him.
This is only farming strategy on low level trophies.

How dose holes in the walls works? This is for giants? They really going in to this narrow cracks?

On a farming base, TH is kept outside in 99% of cases for a cheap shield. You trade couple trophies and 1k gold and lix for 12hours of complete safety.

Never under estimate the stupidity of the units, if there is a gap, most cases they go for it. Funneling, I believe, is the term used for it. You guide units to take a certain path of your choosing instead of letting them breach and find their own way.
