I would agree - having an option to put your CC to sleep would be nice. They obviously would not help defend your base but for the times when you request a special troop to use later, it sucks to come back and see that it died, only to have to request again. When its a golem, witch or pekka, these are not commonly made and held in many clans so someone previously had to make it special for you.
