The attacks that really worked against that layout, I found, were Giant/healer combos. The Air was taken out quickly, then Giants would storm around the outside absorbing all the fire, while archers would pile in after.Quote:

I've successfully defended 17 out of 20 attacks since changing to this setup Von.

@Von, I'm using TH7 B. I just defended two more battles too. Only bad thing is they are still getting my gold, so I'm going to have to make some changes. My trophies are going up fast though.
FYI, the spreadsheet doesn't have Town Hall level 9, and it's missing 3 rows/columns (should be 40x40).

Note: The darker walls are my strongest, they are in places which would give troops access to more than one area if destroyed.
The defense tower positioning should make giants walk all the way around the inner circle before going after the X-Bow.
I force troops to path over traps.
The main storage is fairly well protected from goblins.
The resource collectors should force a single swarm of goblins to circle the entire village before going after the main storage.
The only thing this may be prone to, is archers stealing main storage.
Can you make a th 7?
@Troy. That's a pretty nice setup. I'll be sure to try it out when I get my TH to that level.

IDK man... doesn't seem to be working for me. last night I just got owned by some giants and archers from the bottom. First they sent in a few WB's and then came the giants. The mortars focused on the giants and then they sent it about 60 archers and took a good amount of my storage from the bottom. I guess I'm gonna try a differ layout.Quote:
