Town Hall Level 11 and New Hero Idea

My idea for Town Hall level 11 is that it is an ice building. It would have the same design as level 10, but all the lava will be turned to ice. With this upgrade, you would get 25 more walls, 1 cannon, 1 archer tower, and 1 mortar. Also, you would unlock the "Giant Prince". This would be a larger version of the giant, and like all other heroes, he would have a power that is unlocked at level 5. This power would be to summon 5 giants. I am sure there are a few additions to be made, but pleats tell me what you think.
