Barracks 9 and 10 train troops faster

Peeka aren't helpful?!? You must be a lower level. They are used in almost every TH9 and TH10 attack in our clan wars.

Yes , I am a TH 8 and I usually see the higher like in my clan go with GOWIWI and not use pekkas.

I'm an early TH8, have a mid-TH8 clanmate that uses GiWiPe in war, as in, giants, wizards, pekkas. Level 5 giants, level 5 wizards, but only level 1 pekkas. He cleans up mid-TH8's pretty well, usually 2 stars bases I would never hit with a ground army, because I'd be lucky to get 1 star.

(Not that it's relevant, but I'd just 3-star a mid-TH8 with drag-loon instead. I have level 5 barch, but my giants, WB's, and wizards are still level 4, and I haven't even upgraded a barracks to level 10 yet. No reason to. Don't need pekkas. Yet. Maybe when I get golems and can start trying GoWiXX strategies.)

I think its a great idea but for the pekas too cause you paied 2,000,000 to get them

Yeah the only way I think pekkas should train faster is if there are lvl 11 barracks.
