Clan leaving penalization

It would be good if there is a 24hr or 48hr penalization for leaving a clan. Because there are a lot of "jumpers" (people who go from one clan to another asking for troops donations).
And if u get kicked, u get a minor penalization of 30minutes or 2hours. The minor penalization is for people who join a clan, ask for troops and start to bad mouthing. (so they dont do this for get kicked and dont receive a penalization so they cant keep jumping from clan to clan)

for some people it is a strategy and others it is not, what if people took your way of playing and said thats annoying lets change it

There should not be a punishment for leaving a clan or a way to force people to stay in a clan, the staff of a clan choose to let someone in the clan the person should not be punished for leaving.
Hoppers/Jumpers is not a SuperCell problem its a inter-clan problem caused by poor recruiting a poor clan rules

that makes no sense, why ppl who wants to play wars will jump from one clan to another

thats true, in the clan that i manage with my friends dont suffer of the jumpers probles cuz of some rules that we have. But i still think that its quite annoying to see ppl who ask for donations, bad mouth the leaders and leave.
