Allow clan members to attack each other but without any loot gain/bonus
Often times there is a lot of spirited discussion amongst clan members about challenging each others bases. It would be awesome if there was a feature that would allow such a thing. Obviously there could not be any loot won/lost so people don't manipulate the system. The only thing "won" would be bragging rights amongst each other. It should cost resources to create an army/spell just as it would for a regular attack.
Thoughts?

I suppose a work around could be there is a dedicated base just for this feature that could not be changed if you are currently in a war. We have 3 options for a regular base and 3 options for a war base. Adding one more doesnt seem out of the realm of possibilities.
Firstly, COC does not make it easy to attack the same base second time! So, practicing a particular base til we can find a strategy to beat it is not really a serious concern. Only time, you can benefit is before you can revenge a base. But, opponent is free to change his bases! Can use a shield. And at most you benefit once by repeatedly practicing!
More over, if you really want to find out how to take a base, copy the target base on to your own base and let people attack and see the successful attack replay and you have a good strategy to get your target base.
I do not really think you can actually target bases.
