Opt out should be the default option

Is " opt in " the default option?? Shouldn't it be the opposite??
I've noticed that everyone in my clan is with the color green, which indicates the person will go to war. If you opt out, you become red. This makes no sense.


Everyone should be out and if active and willing to war, they should opt in. Then we would know who's been active.
Unless I'm missing something, the way it is, an inactive member gets automatically the "opt in" choice.


Please change this in an update tweak if this is the case.

I don't wanna cause drama, nor am I complaining about the update as a whole. Just understand that opting out should be default and only active members should participate in wars. We will kbow they are active if they opt in

First of all leaders and co can change the players prefence when they click start war. Second if there is an inactive player in ur clan kick hi out

The leader (I believe) has the ability to change it as well so its not a big deal if the leader actually pays attention to clan activity

Dont Self Bump its against Forum Rules

we don't want to kick anyone, because everyone is a personal friend of everyone. It just so happens that sometimes someone is overwhelmed by work or family and forgets about war. If people are willing to war, they should opt in, thus avoiding the leader to make the decision for everyone and getting hate and drama

Gee, I don't get you guys who voted for opt in as default.


I'm a co in a clan where people know each other irl. I'm not saying everyone knows everyone. But everyone knows someone in the clan, thus we don't kick because a guy was busy that week and didn't show up for war.


If opt out is the default, players who are active and present for that particular war, can simply opt in.


We have just finished our first war after the update. Luckily we won, but 4 people didn't show up, even though they were green /opted in automatically. We wont kick them because we know family members get sick, or other sh it happen in real life. If opted out were the default, we wouldn't have to wonder if everyone was present.


It makes no senseto have opt in as default. Inactive members pass as active.....and don't tell me to kick because this is a stupid solution. If kick is the answer, this update is useless

So.. After evry war it will opt out. This will be annoying for the leader, evrytime to opt in, if someone forgets.
But its better like this. Co leaders should have the same ability. Offcourse need more ranks..

The leader does not know if the guy is in the hospital, or stuck somewhere with no wifi or internet signal, even though this member is automatically opted in....after each war everybody should be reset to opted out and whoever wants war and is present and active, just take 2 seconds and opt in
