Normal base

Normal Base:
Try to cover the storage with wiz tower.
Separate the storage if possible.
if you are farming no need to protect TH

War base:
NO need to protect resource during war.

For your normal have your cc in the center, especially if you use cc troops to defend your base while you're away. And yea I agree your wizard tower needs to cover loot. And that dark elixir could be better centralized as well. And take that town hall out and put it out of range of your defenses. You need a farming base more than a hybrid at this point.
