How is my TH8 farming base ?

I'm not even a TH8 yet, TH upgrade finishes in 3hours.

I thought I would try to set up a homemade layout, so here it is.

I made it quick, and I know I should work on my walls, shouldn't waste them.

Since I'm not TH8 yet, I made this one using clashofclans-tools, sorry for the potato quality of the picture.

I could get better DE protection at the expense of CC coverage and other storages protection, by switching CC with DE storage, and WTs with ADs:

Any ideas, suggestions are welcome, any kind of feedback appreciated

Compartmentalize your base more. Keep storages further in your base with splash covering it. As of right now, at least 3/6, not including DE, storages can easily be obtained by barch or giant-based composition.

The key to my th 8 farming base is 1elixer storage, 1 gold storage and wizard tower to cover both. Also core is 3ad des and cc. Other then that limit compartments with mortars and leave room for traps to stop hogs.

Somehow, you should close the funnels on the left and right rise with the WT and mortar. And yes, the storages are far too exposed, but you could maybe swap the mortars for some of the storages? Segmentation of the outer layer is bad, I will say that, try to make the base more segmented on the first layer by added walls to divide places. Cut off the interior funneling at some point too.
