War Matchups

I don't know if this has already been suggested, nor do i have the time to read through the 10's of thousands of posts here. But one minor adjustment i suggest for war match ups is to consider the frequency a clan wars. (always, rarely, twice a week, etc.)

My clan likes to war rarely (once a season), and we have been matched up more than once with a constant war clan with 100+ wins. I think it creates a bit of an unfair advantage for a constant war clan to be matched up with a clan that rarely wars. I'm not saying the actual match-up was completely unfair, but maybe another variable to add into the match-up?
