What to do first at TH9?

I'm a maxed out TH8. Only 27 walls left, not staying and finishing them because I have 45,000 DE sitting in the storage so I'm going to start TH upgrade. So what should I do? I know lab and spell factory, but should I buy both xbows or 1 xbow and other things? When I get queen should I immediately upgrade her?

lavaloonion isn't hard too. you can lure that CC troops easily with loons/hogs

I've been doing new tesla, both xbows non-stop. But I also gemmed lab as soon as I hit TH9. I also went in with full collectors, storages, and clan castle.

so I wanna answer your question
make sure you have your storage full (I think you already know this) and enough DE to buy a Queen (up her to lv2 immediately would be good)
and CC loot too, they are important

for me, i bought available buildings except tesla (it takes the longest time beside xbow), and upgraded spells and labs. raiding without spells would be hard, I recommend you to raid in high gold 2

Things I did (4 builders):
AQ
Xbow
Lab
Spell

Then in war I was tired of getting all drag'd as a TH8, so:
AD
AT
WT
Tesla
Storages

im th9 now but id say upgrade to th9 then finish walls. after, farm full storages. upgrade lab and spell right away and then buy your 2 xbows with the gold.

I agree with you.

Remember, don't buy both Xbows at a same time. Finish one then buy the other.

Make sure you have full gold and elixir storages plus some in CC to make transition easier. With 5 builders, I started with CC, 1 X-Bow, Spell Factory, 1 Army Camp and the last builder making the new stuffs. Focus on offense more, with the extra 20 army camp space and extra spells, your farming will be easier.

Here is how the priority should be IMO

Gold:
1. X-bows
2. CC
3. Additional new defenses/walls
4. Upgrade new defenses to be on par with your existing

Elixir:
1. Lab
2. Army camps
3. Dark Barracks to level 5 and then 6

Dark Elixir:
1. Queen
2. Upgrade her to the level of your king
3. Get witches 2 as soon as possible.
4. Work on heroes and lab upgrades
