I think it would be not only fair but it makes total sence to get back the survival troops after a war or raid.
Why?
1) We paid the cost and spent the time to trained them, if they are still alive don't take them away. We want our suvival troops back.
2) In real life, that's how it works, never leave behind an injured soldier.
I would like to hear what others think about my idea.

I remember being new I coul never understand why I didn't get my troops back when half survived the raid.
I agree.... I mean they do it on boom beach and its the same company so I dont see what the issue is with that.
I don't. If that was the case then we would use full drag attacks ever farm raid with out paying for troops for example. In boom beach your troops have to run back to transports or return to transports after the attack is over. Here it has developed into managing your cost to profitability ratio and is a part of your game management. Also there is a completely different dynamic in boombeach and if you like that play boob beach. Take away loosing troops and you change the entire game of clash of clans.
