Accept / Reject pop up

I think when someone tries to join your clan and you can pick a button to accept or reject there should be a pop up message thing just like there is when you kick a person out of a clan. This allows you to tell the person why he/she was not accepted to your clan. Sometimes we see a good person who fits the clan & wants to join while were in war but we closed & have to reject because so many clans use dishonorable methods to win during clan wars with dirty spies. This is a problem cause we war 24/7. At least we could tell them hey come back after current war & join, sorry your too rushed, level to low but hey join our feeder clan blah blah etc, etc, that way they know why rejected from clan.
