Clan bank

Excess resource and builders could be donated to the clan bank, maybe with a daily donation limit.

Any member can withdraw... but the maximum withdrawal is the amount they have donated.

Fair point, just seen that. And if I'd read more carefully (I did look first!) I wouldn't have posted. However, the withdrawal limit is a nice touch to prevent abuse, don't you think ;-)
