Small enhancement to the start war page - opt in/out

Please have a Toggle All On/Off button on the war participants page in the start war screen.

I anticipate that there will be clans of 50 that even if they war as a group of 50, will want to some times war as a group of 10 or 15. or the opposite, coming out of a 10v10 they want to do a 50v50 next. Its a lot of buttons to click to change peoples status. It would be great if there was a toggle all on/off and then you can just go change the ones you need to.
