For every level or certain levels each member of the clan should receive a gem award for the success to really award clans to promote reasons for leveling just a thought and at max level a certain troop or defense not too strong but not too weak as kind of a sign to everyone who views your base of your clan being max level or you get it at level one and its strengths increase only with clan level
