No problem..allow me to explain, as this thread is too fast moving, it is tough for us-the helpers to track who needs what at what timing so we make use of the short listed thread to help us track, only the helpers will update in the short listed thread for any new candidates/existing candidates if we know what the next boat wants n it's ETA so we can prepare, or what the existing boat wants n it's ETD so if we are changing shift then we can let the helpers taking over to have a better picture.
