I don't have that yet either but I am geetting close... only 2,857. But with Cap III done you can choose which boats / crates you want to fill.

How long does 12 stay in for as so long as its more than 3 hrs I can complete these crates so wanting to bring it in early :-/ just a bit impatient now I'm here having come so close twice before

If you want you can bring it in early...

The dock time depends a little on the difficulty of the boat order. It's not like it's only 3 or 4 hrs..
