It is impossible to keep up with this thread 3-5 pages are added within the hour. So I started a shortlist for incoming boats in this thread:

I hope we can keep this as clean as possible so we have a quick summary of what is going on. We would like only the helpers to post in the new thread because of the format and keeping all info needed within 1 message. This should enable us to be more efficient and not lose track of something or someone.
All communication and requests/updates from people needing help, should be done in this main thread. We (helpers) will add the info to the other thread. We should be able to find what needs attention within a couple of pages. Otherwise the other thread would become a copy of this one.
Boat 10 coming up in about 9 hours:
Carrot pie (I have 9, have not been stockpiling, can buy or make)
Cafe Mocha (have 0, will need to make, have 31 creams, anyone know how many I'll need per crate?)
Ice cream (have 20, I'm good)
Cafe mocha only take 15 min to make, so I'm hoping with 31 creams I'll be ok. I guess I'll wait and see how many I need.
