should I farm in champs being a th9

I was wondering if I should farm in champs or just stay in gold 1

farm in masters.

Fear21... it depends on what you next upgrade(s) is or what you need (gold/elix/DE). If it's gold or DE, the gold league tends to have the most inactive/quitter accounts to loot from. If you need DE, then Crystal is a great area but will get attacked more often.

By Champs do you actually mean Crystal? If so, then YES!

I'm about a month into being TH9 with 4 workers. I LOVE crystal 3. Tons of DE & 200k gold/elixir bases. Plus the league bonus doesn't hurt. I use BAM and haven't had a problem keeping my builders busy.

No real reason to be in champs for farming. You will, at the very least, need a fairly strong army in order to get league bonus. You will also be a prime target to be looted yourself as a TH9. Follow the advice by others above.

I'm a new-ish TH 9 farming around 2700. LOADS of loot here. After you hit 2800, all the bases get much harder. There's probably loot to be made up in Champs, but only for the most skilled of TH 9's.

I find a good mix. With my BAM, I'll usually TH snipe when available (35k gold/elixir, 100 DE for free? Heck yes), and when I find an inactive base, I'll hit it.

A lot depends on what you're hunting for. For example, if I'm 5k DE away from getting a hero upgraded, I'll attack any DE storage over 800 that I can be confident I can reach.


If I'm aiming Gold/Elixir, I usually hit collector bases, as on a TH8, there's 3 of each gold & 3 elixir storages, and can be on opposite sides of the base. TH9 has 4 of each. With BAM, I usually don't get 3 stars. I usually aim for 1 star.

Alot of my BAM strategy comes from the Ash's guide to hero farming.

I get that much for simply raiding. I've yet to see a base offering <2000 DE up here. If I'm specifically farming it, 4.5k DE raids aren't uncommon.

Masters farming is the way to go for a TH 9, no doubt.

TL;DR: Farm in Masters.
