this would be a huge add to the game, wont happen any time soon if at all.. expecially since the water troops would have to some how attack land structures or vice versa, the ranges would be off it would not function well with the current layout setups..
honestly neat idea but I dont see how it would work....
This is an idea that has been requested hundreds of times, and has been ruled out by supercell.

Well, looking how little thought you put into this, it looks like you failed to notice that the water troops couldn't get onto land, and even if they could, wouldn't that make them land troops? Just because there is a beach doesn't mean there needs to be new troops. Not only that, but there would be no place for the water troops to go, since the entire base is on land.
