I think something that contributed to this change was that tons of people who speak English flooded Norsk.
Someone said they had grouped up guys in Indonesia, Philpines, and Malaysia to heir own global so not everyone is clumped in English globsl. Hope thst helps :cool:

what supercell has officially done is limiting malaysian, indonesian, and philipino clans to their own region with no hope of recruiting members from other countries.

They could probably add the Malaysian language to the language settings so that there could be a global chat as well. Maybe they're in the process. Who knows? But I also think that the global chat is meant for all languages. If you can't handle languages you can't understand, you can easily mute the person(s).
