Will Clan Level up Take into account previous clan war experience? Or will every clan start from level one upon this upgrade?
And are there any details on what exactly you have to do to earn CW XP? Is it stars? Wins? % Damage?

Im sure with the outlook of being fair, everyone will start at 0.
