Will the clan perks take into account what our clan has already earned or will it start over?

So it looks like my clan that wars 10vs10-war every day 28-1 record- will level up more slowly than a larger clan that wins the same amount?

The way this system seems to work I imagine we will see a lot of merging and disbanding clans. Larger clans will level up faster and people will abandon low leveled clans to go to a higher level one for the perks.

They were losing me on the "Custom Badge" sneak peek, but with the addition of opting in and out of CWs with the new perks, this will be the best update since CWs dropped.
