Except that they'd expect you to War Attack at that level and you'd be unable.

Don't know - I am assuming that clan perks are for normal play as well. When i think of what I would like to offer players in my clan, it extends beyond war...and in doing so gives more options to SC to develop the game.

Players like me (maxing out on near everything - Royals and walls included) would invest time building a power clan if indeed the benefits were appropriate. Will I do so to get increased troop levels...no, my clan mates typically have maxed troops anyway...Will I do so to get more donations in / out per request...no, I see this as of use to more inactive clans...Will I do so to get a refund on donations....no, I am not so bothered about the cost at this point...

All this said, this is the start of a new type of game play (I hope!!)...One that makes the clan pull together for our mutual benefit as opposed to war today which lets face it, is ultimately just to get your hands on the war loot you might win...If you lose, no big deal cos you make more loot farming anyhow.

With clan perks at stake (better perks than they released in the peek today), that might change and people may finally get back into war after a period of ignoring it....

All in all then it looks like SC is going to reward those clans that war. Not surprising since its pretty much the name of the game. If clans want the perks, they have to war. My clan will be itching for back to back wars now.

I'm glad to see CoC taking some of the good things that Dungeon Keeper did (ie. Clan/Guild levels and perks). In addition they should put in some incentive to being a veteran of your clan. Perhaps that could be attached to your clan rank, clan donation numbers, and/or clan war participation. It would provide a slight boost to the active clan perks.

You already have a jump start: You're a godly warring clan. Lesser clans probably won't be able to level up nearly as fast. In two weeks you *will* be ahead.

This does create a "rich get richer" situation, since as you level up the donation costs go down & the bonuses go up.

I would love clarification on exactly what a Donation Refund is. If you are donating it costs say 20% less to the donator (if that is your perk level) OR if you get rid of troops in your cc the person removing troops gets a refund?

Please clarify.

Hey, really cool job! Looks all great! I am thinking after the clan war update this is gonna be the next biggest update! Im really looking forward to this update! The concept is overall awesome and will give the players more info. about the background of the clan, and make it easier to join a suitable clan. You rock supercell !

The answer seems obvious, when you donate a troop you get a refund of the bonus amount.

If you get a refund for dispelling troops, that would be like transferring loot from one to the other and would be abused way to easily.
