New TH 9 (Need Tips)

Hey guys, im a new TH9 in about 4 hrs and im very excited. I know there are alot of threads here about this but its too tiring to backread them all. So im just gonna ask some tips what to upgrade first. I have only 4 builders and am working on the fifth. I have full gold/elixir storages and about 62k DE.

So basically, this is what most of you say
builder 1: lab --> ??
builder 2: spell factory --> ??
builder 3: queen --> ??
builder 4: ???

Is xbows really a priority for a new th9? I heard someone say dont build xbows first because it gets your number higher in war.

builder 4: lab

i will be th9 in 1d12h, in my opinion lab>spels fact>queen>cc (5 troops to keep golems and lavas¡) > camps

xbows wont help you to farm

So what if it pushes you higher in war, do you not want the extra protection for your loot?

Agree, and its not easy to accumulate 5,000,000 again

Agreed

Offense is first.

B1 spell
B2 LAB
B3 one DE Drill lvl4,5,6 (IMO it is vitally important)
Sooner or later you will complete all builder upgrades and researches. But your heroes will not be lvl30 unless you focus on DE. So de drills is the first priority.

B4 Queen -> walls -> new towers/storages lvl1 which have less than 1 day to complete -> queen lvl2

B5 one X-bow

If you have 4 builders leave X-bow

imho, focusing SOLELY on offense is kinda selfish (clan war wise, not saying it's bad though :p)

but if you're gonna go offense first (assuming you're from maxed TH8)
for builders that is:
Lab
Camp
Clan Castle (goes both ways def and off)
Heroes
Spell Factory
L5 and L6 Dark Barracks
I think that's all...

with heroes aside that's 71 days (for a single builder)
DIRECTLY dividing that to 4 builders that's ~18 days
to 5 builders, that's ~15 days

not too shabby, you'll get your Offensive buildings up and running after 15 days (directly divided) and you could focus on the defenses after that (also going this route, most of the elixir upgrades are gone, that means your elixir will be focused on your walls now)

builder 1 - xbow [7 day 3mil gold]
builder 2 - xbow [7 day 3mil gold] [your 6m worth of TH8 maxed loot done
builder 3 - spell factor upgrade
builder 4 - lab upgrade
builder 5 - archer queen instant 40k de upgrade.. then concentrate on a new structure.

xbows alone scare most barchers off usually... imo which falls behind infernos.

Don't do x-bow if you are in a good war clan. They increase your base's weight so much.
Rush lab,cc, sf, camps imo is the most efficient. For the guys sayin g it's selfish, you prefer have a new th9 with th8 attacks who get destroyed by an other new th9 and attacks th8, or a th9 with th8 defense but good attack who get destroyed by an other new th9 but attack th9?

Nearly everyone in this forum says that you should upgrade
X-bow (x2)
Lab
Spell Factory
AQ lvl 2 ( 1 is instant)

Please give me tips on how to farm the 6mil gold and elix and 62,500 de and how long did it take and other misc details like which resource did you prioritize first, how long did gold/elix/de took and rates of each resource per hour.
