clash of clans not working for my samsung galaxy s2+

When I enter the game, there is a black screen and a few seconds later I hear the sound of the opening screen, and the supercell logo flashing every 2-3 seconds non stop.
My android version is 4.1.2
GT-I9105P
Any solutions?
(btw, I have the same problem with Boom Beach)

i did report this to the support email of supercell for android but they are only auto-replying with that Q&A form text.

All the time everytime you message them it has the same reply?ot it is just once if just,once Then,answer the Q.A
