Do you know if all the things you bought with your money in the game are gone too? I want to get a refund but i don't want to lose my 4th builders hut

I also just contacted apple and explained what happened. They were happy to give me a refund for my money and it was quick and easy. I suggest doing that to you guys

Everyone do me a favor. Go to your general settings >about>diagnostics>look for the last time you accessed clash of the clans and open it ad screen shot it what your looking for is ????version????? Send that to mailto:clashofclans.feedback@supercell.net

I am where you want me to be, but i don't know what you are talking about. I have several clash of clans things on that page and i don't know which is the one

Open one of them and take a screen shot. It is that simple.... But i have no clue what my brother is trying to do.

This problem with the update made me make a Facebook for the 1st time. Lol.
Anyways
How do i find manc on Facebook? He just said on game center that supercell is trying to help him fix his problem.

Take a screen shot of what you see after you open anyone of them and send it to supercell. I just did that and I think that's whats manc is saying they need to know what's going on well where it says version mine says ??? Meaning that the updated version can not be found thats why it won't go past the loading screen.

I did that. It is weird that it the updated version cant be found. You would think that supercell would have thought about that when they released it
