The tower would be a water tower and would be like the inferno tower. The blast of water would be stronger the longer it is on a target. It would have splash damage and would counteract the inferno tower so they would have to be far enough apart.

Sounds like an okay idea, but I doubt Supercell would implement it as they just released the Inferno tower, and if you want a Hydro tower ( just made that name up....sounds good yeah? ;) ) to be exactly the same as the Inferno tower, I don't think its gonna happen. Maybe if the tower was different from everything else it would work? Provide more information so that Supercell can think about your idea further!
