Clan Description ban

We were recently banned for 24 hours for an "offensive" clan description. Nothing we had in the description was offensive. Luckily we will be able to make the last few hours of war and it will be a lot of angry attacking.
My question is, if anyone knows, are you banned if reported at all, or does someone actually look at your description and make a decision.
Here is what our description said, please let me know if we should have been banned.

Good luck (opposing clan). You will need it. If (opposing clan member) could keep their base like that, it would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thank you, I totally don't believe your clan description was like that, otherwise you wouldn't have been banned.

A supercell person looks and it and if it is offensive, the clan description gets removed and supercell would put a warning inside that.

Someone has to check it from support.

And chances are someone from your clan changed description, you wouldn't get banned for a description like that, hopefully...

Just don't converse with opponents.

Most likely someone changed it when you were gone and it chaned back before you could see it.

If you were banned for that, that sucks. I always wish opposing clan good luck in desc.

Calling out one person in particular may have triggered the penalty, as it could be considered "harassment" under the TOS.

Stick to trash-talking the opponent as a group, and you'll probably be on safer ground. :-)

Edit: Actually, avoid trash-talking at all. Too easy to cross the line and lose a war when you don't have to... :-/
