I would put your gold mines, elixir collectors, gold storages and elixir storages close to your main base so you don't loose your resources if someone attacks you.

Try not to protect your TH like that, you should have it unprotected so attackers can take 1k of ea. resource and leave, trying to protect trophies is a waste of time at your level. Loot is what matters most.
