They do, a response from support can take weeks though.
They sort the inquiries by importance, and changing in game names is the lowest of their priorities.
I got a reply once, but they never fixed the problem or got back to me about it...

Yes, you should get an auto-reply fairly quickly after sending the e-mail, but it can take many days bordering on a few weeks for an actual e-mail reply or resolution.Quote:

Sir, I had an issue before about my account getting ♥♥♥♥ed. Sent about 5 emails about it and never gotten any auto-reply nor any reply. Though back September, I sent them a bug issue and replied to me the next day. Not sure what happened there.Quote:
