I hope so. There should be.
Or not necessarily undercover, they should have a unique badge (not a league) proving they are legit SC staff.
It'd be a good idea to do that and it wouldn't surprise me if they did
Yes, I've met hundreds of them on global
Way to spot them is they're normally low level players in silver lge or below and if you join their clan they can give you free gems because they're supercell employees - at least thats what they tell me

I'm not privy to the exact information obviously, but seemingly all banning comes from in-game reporting.

I remember seeing an interview with a supercell employee in which he admits that many employees in fact do play clash. However there is no way to truly know for a fact I guess since I imagine they want to be discrete about the whole situation :)
