Question About Opt-In/Opt-Out

Our Clan has 16 members and does Clan Wars once a week. But six members have stopped playing, but we don't kick them because we never know if we will need them to count as members for war. Can only the base's owner choose Opt-In/Opt-Out for their own base, or will a Co-Leader be able to designate it for them? The reason why I ask this is because one of our members that has quit was a very good player, but is at the bottom in trophies, so his base does not make the cut. I assume the default will be Opt-In, but if a Co-Leader can choose Opt-Out for an inactive that is higher in trophies but not as good, his base will be there for war.

Yeah, probably only they can. You really want someone else deciding whether or not you get the war bonus?

Let's say you opt out 5 th 10's. When match making will you face the 5 th 10's from the enemy clan. Or will the same for the other clan??

They're sneak peeks so we are guessing. Clan leaders will have no power over anyones opt out status by appearances it is connected to the players account. You can find leaked pictures I believe are real if you try. What you need to do is kick the inactive player then reinvite him so if he comes back he can rejoin. Recruiting is time consuming but not hard, go recruit!

until now only village owner can do that I think. but this may change in future updates.

I don't agree with co-leaders enforce me to participate if I don't like it's my freedom

you can kick us but not enforce us to participate.

I mean you opt people before the match making so the people are not in it, but still in a clan. Will it be the same for the enemy clan?

Co/leaders will decide probably since the picture shows that members get to state their preference instead of saying that they can opt themselves out

It works like this... Each member can chose if they would like to participate by selecting in or out. But, the leaders have the final say. Chief Pat did a video on it.
