If you fear leadership so much that you can't do it on your own, or if you're unwilling to perform leadership duties, then you shouldn't be a leader.
So you can either A) give the leadership of you clan to someone else or B) start your own clan to be your own leader, depending on which situation you're in.
He means two people with the title and same status. I think it's a good idea. Would make creating clans a lot easier. But I suppose co leaders do the same job and if you have you clan system right, you only need about 3 coleaders.
