I'm a new TH9, upgraded from maxed TH8 (except walls) with half lvl 7, half lvl 6 walls.
Question is when should I be upgrading my walls, if I'm always busy upgrading new defenses? :rolleyes:
And which should I prioritize over the other? :rolleyes:

Whenever you have spare loot, upgrade a wall.
I would upgrade all the other defences first and then work on the walls. If you play very often and sometimes have too much gold and all your builders are busy, leave one builder free and spend the gold on walls. :)
There is no "right" time...just upgrade some whenever you have some spare loot and an idle builder. Until lava, it's pretty easy to get max wall before max defense (even half max defense to be honest) if you play like 1-2hours everyday.

wow level 6 & 7 walls? get all of them to 8 if you don't want to suffer from that th9 loot problem
or just go 9 and stay there forever
I leave a builder free for walls, 2 for upgradinf heroes and 2 for upgrades. Maxed lv10 walls in a month. Some people dont like leaving free builder so just dump extra resources into walls and upgrade your next building.
Leave one builder free for walls. If you don't you'll never get all legos as a townhall 9, and it'll take much much longer to finish those level 8.
