if the upgrade/building time for a building is too long make the building require 2 builder, or add a new builder type for example the builder builds 2,3 times faster then normal builder and that builder is required to upgrade/build the building, if u think the builder is too op u can just make it so that the new builder can only be use as a support,this idea could be use for th 11 building process;););):p:p:p
