New Leadership Positions/Roles

I am currently in the GM position, however I still have to wait for the leader to be online to kick Co leaders that have 'changed heart' so to speak. I do All wars and I follow my leaders instructions to he t

this whole post above is what should had been do to begin with (looking back).

I agree and would only add One thing.....Officer Chat where members and elders can't see the discussion on promotions.

the leader can decide if a GM is even used...rank right below leader a only leader can promote it....
also..opt out of rank if wanted instead of having to leave a come back

Thats too many ranks. The genral and co leaders have the same role execpt co leaders cant kick and having the abillity of not seeing traps is stupied when your trying to copy someones in your clans base. I like the war captin idea.

Hopefully they will add this because it will improve clan performance.

Its hard to give the elders authority thats why i made a general manager position so it would give clans the ability to promote more cos while still having some elders.

I agree with you on everything except the officer chat because i do not think SC would implement because that is sort of talking behind your back and SC wants this game to be nice for everyone!

How is it too many ranks??? Its only 1 more rank which two people get in a clan. And i do not get what you are trying to say next.

That's why I said maybe think of something that coleaders and leader can get and then increase some ability with elder, so that elder isn't a useless position. You're essentially doing that now but making 2 new positions that are above it, while keeping elder as useless as it was before.

Somebody brought up an idea about having a clan castle troop "reserve" that you can donate to on a much less frequent basis, to help those few who live on far different time zones get the troops they need to attack in wars or maybe for trophy pushing or whatever. I think it's a really neat idea that if the correct restrictions were placed on its use, could give the elder title something new members would strive to earn.

I did see that before on youtube i think. However, I think that thats a great idea, but I don't think that SC will add that. They would have to make so many restrictions on that so people are not "stealing troops" or putting in bad troops while they get good troops. Yes, that could work for elder and I will edit my post. I also agree with you on elder being a useless position. So, I will make those changes. Thanks!
