New Leadership Positions/Roles

in the current position the co-leaders ar mis-using their powers.so they need to be tamed. and there should be a limite for making co-leaders. hope SC likes the idea

I love the rankings that you have proposed. We seriously need more ranks! Rankings provide a way to reward and push your team members. Having only the ones we have is not enough.

I think a new leadership position should be 'war chief' which kinda goes along with the theme of the game...supercell uses the word chief all the time on their facebook page and the village lady calls you 'chief' when you first start playing the game. It just makes sense. Maybe only have like 4 or 5 people designated as 'war chief' that will oversee clan wars when the leader is not online.

I think it is a great idea worth considering jrap21. I like the idea of having a cooling off period where new members only get the scout view to prevent spies. However, I think a week is too long and only needs to be a couple of days and could revert automatically with no need for an administrative burden to be placed on the clan leaders. Once the war is finished after 2 days, no need for spies.

My fundamental thought is that there is too much of a responsibility gap from the current elder to co-leader position. I like your ideas and improvements on the promotion abilities. I think that even just adding a "Captain" promotion, which is equivalent to elder in ability, but one step higher allows clan to differentiate responsibilities on there own. In my clan we use promotions to indicate how reliable someone is in wars. Excluding leader. Three positions does not provide enough resolution to accurately distinguish between members a lot of the time.

I have an idea for a 4th clan position, We could call it Warrior.

Unlimited postions
People with this role can only be kicked by leader
They could not kick anyone in the clan
They could invite and accept people to the clan
They have access to everything an elder does (except for a kicking ability)

This role would provide a new position under elder, yet almost equivalent. This update would give the leader more control over who is kicked out of the clan and help with recruiting more people if needed.

Short and sweet. i agree their needs to be another rank. but only one really. co is a leader. and elders can't boot elders but, their needs to be order between elder and co. elder is good enough ... and co is leader. but an in between rank would help struggling clans find reason.

i like the idea of clan spy and new member privileges, or lack thereof, too.

our clans could use assistant Mgr's.

their roll is to inforce and assist elders and spur menbers . can't start war but be charged with duties therein.

my title for this rank is High Elder.

I was thinking about this concept, adding more clan ranks, and signed up just to voice my opinion.

Before reading others opinions, here is what I came up with on my own, in order of rank.

-Leader (1 per clan)
-Head of War (1 per clan)
-Head Moderator (1 per clan)
-Co Leader
-Elder
-Newbie

The technical details of each rank are open to interpretation, what you guys/gals think?

I say there should be an optional position that you can be in for the clan.

Chief Elder is appointed by the leader or 3/4 majority of elders. They cannot be promoted to co-leader, but can send mail, kick as many elders and below as they want w/ 5 min timer, and appoint new Elders. There can only be ONE Chief Elder of the clan, that is why he is the chief.
He may not start war however, but helpful to keep newbies and some Elders in check.
If you don't read this, I really don't care. I have alot of good ideas, and don't know where to start. So please reply.
