New Leadership Positions/Roles

I am wrighting this because my clan and i have a war strategy that we are finding is most beneficial. For now we do wars of 10v10 so we can stay organized are leader and cos come up with an attack plan that we all follow but wars with more than 10 members gets difficult to stay organized. To fix this issue we came up with a realistic like idea leader is like a general, co-leaders are like captians, and than each co "captian" would have a lieutenant to help keep 10 members under there lead stay organized. In theory the plan does work but a small difficulty would be how to tell a captain from a lieutenant. If there where more ranks this would help keep a balance of power plus i see that when rank is earned it helps the morale or members to want to do better for the clan more ranks will give ppl more to look fwd in the enjoyment of a reward for there hard work. Of course the naming of them is up for debate but i feel like 2 or 3 more rankings would do great for the clan a small update that can make things more fun. I really hope to see this happen soon. I feel like more ranks is way more beneficial. Leader - co leader - elder - knight - warrior - scout- member..... an other thing my clan does is roles or a job i am the "war lord" i start clan wars and make sure the roster is a good match up to give us the best chance and make sure everyone gets a fair turn at wars. Are leader is the "war marshel" he sends out war plan that we all follow (if you feel you cant do what is asked arrangements are made this is a game for fun not an other job lol) a differnt member if a recruter he goes on global and social media to find new members and we have a supporter that helps with all these tasks so maybe an extra feature to give roles to clans that likes this idea.

Great ideals right now I do all the roles . From war starting to recruitment. To supporting by getting people to donate . To assigning targets. A better rank system will help me delegate tasks. Fist bump your ideals.

I am a clan leader. I wish there was a Pilgrimage setting for those clan members that are away at school or can't be active for whatever reason.

As as leader you could put them on (pilgrimage) and while they could clan chat, they could not be active. NO DONATION, NO WAR. They would be safe from kick, and with still being able to chat when they get back and post in clan chat I can return them to active duty. Right now my only option is to promo them to Co-lead and that isn't fair for the other active people trying to get to Co-leader status by participating and donating.

10v10 war is trivial to manage. There is even plenty of time for everyone to watch everyone's attack, and then build their next army based on what they see.

40v40 and 50v50 water is far more complex. 50 players can't wait and see where they are needed, they need pre-assigned bases, and then things change depending on attack failures, unexpected ambitions successes, and no shows and late shows.

I'm not sure that new clan leadership ranks make any difference here. The main issue is to recover from the situation of too many co-leaders, and the new member rank that can't see traps.

yeah, i very agreed for this idea.
Because Co-Lead and leader now look like same to me. except leader can kick co-lead, and not vice versa.

Best idea ever

I think the clan member ranking system is a very important part of maintaining order within a clan. After all, the game is about clans and team building as much as it is about individual battles. I propose a simple 5 tier ranking system as follows:

1) Warlord - This is the new name for a Leader. All functions the same as Leader.

2) General - This is the new name for a Co-leader. All functions same as a Co-leader EXCEPT a General can only kick out members below his/her own title and a General cannot promote members to a General or above.

3) Captain - This is the new name for an Elder. All functions same as Elder EXCEPT a Captain can only kick out members below his/her own title and a Captain cannot promote members to a Captain or above.

4) Veteran - This is the new name for a Member. All functions the same EXCEPT they can now invite new members

5) Recruit - This is the new name for a New Member, but instead it is a title given to new players. Until they are promoted to Veteran or above, they will be unable to see hidden traps and bombs of fellow clanmates' home and war bases.

That is something what i was looking for. Great innovation that will improve clans community and will give more honour to active, loyal members. I up vote this idea and I houp supercell will bring it live.

May this idea get approved and the 'War Captain' idea is good so it too.
War captains should be the tiebreaker instead of the total destruction thing.
