New Leadership Positions/Roles

This is the stupidest thing I've ever read.

There don't need to be more 'ranks' in clans. If you promote people so often and ranks require so little trust that you need to add 5 more, you shouldn't lead a clan. This makes me want to throw up then kick a dog.

obviously you don't visit ideas and future requests much. personly i think that there should be five ranks
: leader, vice leader (great idea), captain, elder and member

As much as I think three vice leaders is a good idea, I think by far the most important is the development of the "New member" rank, like a member but can't see war map traps, CC troops, or HTs.

This is what active clans need more ranks

I suggested a similar idea but most of the people were against it ..

I can only see this as a positive change in the Game..

I like the idea how you put only 3 positions for Vice leader and 10 positions for captain...

Also maybee the Leader can restrict players from certain things like starting clan wars or similar...

Let try and get this to Supercell To implement it asap...

If you don't like it can we at least be a little nice about it??? Also, I didn't add 5 more ranks. Maybe you should focus on your reading comprehension because I see that its a bit low.

Anyone caught being mean to dogs is in line for trouble.

Personally I don't think we need more ranks. I think new members should have to work hard to become Elder and then build up trust to become Co-Leader. Both are positions of responsibility and neither should be given lightly.

Good ideas but I don't think new ranks is need. I would like to see the leader have the ability to adjust the privileges for each rank. example: Enable/Disable to accept or kick members ect....I am sure you all get the idea.

Hi jrap21, truly a good idea. I might have something to add in. Leader can choose the recipient for the clan mail. Main purpose is..sometimes there's information that leader only want to share with his/her co-leaders. Thats all i think. Thanks for your consideration :)

Thanks for posting on here Stitch! I understand what you are saying. However, I think when you have alot of people in your clan and 15 loyal members, you don't want to give everyone co leader, but you still want them to be a part of the clan. Thats why I made the vice-leader position. It is just balances the roles a bit more. Im NOT making this for the people who give out roles willy nilly. The vice-leader position will help when leaders are on vacation or not present. I just think that it is wierd how roles go from 1 leader to x amount of co leaders. That just doesn't make sense. Adding a role in between leader and co leader will make the leadership roles more balanced. I also added limits so that people can not give out ranks willy nilly anymore. The vice leader and limits will make clans more structured. Thanks.

Thanks! Personally, I don't think SC will do that because they did not want a leader and co leader only chat.

personally i think that each position is great, but they should be called something else, like instead of vice-leader it should have a name more relevant to the content of the game then something democratic, like it could be 1st Lieutenant 2nd Lieutenant and 3rd Lieutenant(b/c you said there would only be three in this place and the longest one in this position would obtian 1st then 2nd then 3rd). And then instead of elder it could be called Sergeant, then with the newbies to the clan they could be called Recruits, then after that one week is up they are called Private(Even though the name changes that member still gains no 'power' in the clan). The reason why I say it should be changed to these is so that it follows the relevant ranks of an actual real-life Army. I agree with everything else though that you said. And I love the Idea.
