Re-link Village to game-centre account

I have done a lot of reading on this now, and it seems your village is permanently linked to whatever game-centre account you happened to be logged in to when you first created / loaded it. Once this is done, it is cast in stone forever and there is no way to change it or even find out what it is!

This is causing a lot of people issues from what I have read:
- You may not know what game-centre account it was, so can never backup/transfer your village
- You may not what your village on that game-centre because it isn't yours (belongs to a friend or family member)

I would suggest:
On Android, when you try to link to a new iOS device (where it currently says that you have already done this and so cannot do it again) it should give you the option to forget that old link and make a new one.

On iOS there should be an option to re-link to the game-centre. It would then link to the new one and delete any links to the old one.
