It is a healer that instead of just healing the troops around it it takes health out of nearby defenses while giving health to friendly troops. Amount of damage to healing output I feel should be chosen by supercell.

Good idea, especially if it takes it out of enemy clan castle troops too
I like the idea. I think that the heal ratio won't be very big though because it's coming from enemy troops.
