Login Failed error - Banned Account?

Dear Clash Of Clans,

Some time ago my account got blocked because someone else was playing on it without my permission, there were a lot of misunderstandings and conflicts but when the discussion started to last for too long, you decided to block my account. I can't play Clash Of Clans anymore and it already took a really long time, it's months ago now.
But I really want to play with my friends again so I wanted to ask if you could unblock my account? I would be really happy!

Nothing you can do bro, I have the same problem. Can't play on my phone anymore, just reset your phone and hope that it's your phone banned and not the acct

Ohh :( but actually i'm not really sure if it's banned or not, I just thought it was because of the situation I was in.

My name was Explorer, I don't remember the clan but i just made a new Apple ID and Gamecenter and
I still get the same message, I just can't play anymore...

You need to wait for Support to get back to you. It might take days :(.
