Our clan name was changed :/

So our clan name was changed into something we didn't like. We would like the old name to retain but I believe that Sc believes that our clan name was "offensive" which is why they changed it into something random. If we cannot retain the old name, we would like a different name that came from us. We have won some wars and making a new clan is a just another trouble for us.

Try not to make offensive clan names next time?

the fact that you cant even or dont want to tell what the name of the clan is, which you think is not offensive, proves that it is offensive.

if not, then can you please tell what the clan name is

This is where supercell is the worst in the industry they are over the top with this issue and also banning without just cause. It's not a winnable fight they won't change your name to anything reasonable, they are just awful. 90% of my disgruntlement with supercell is because they mutilated my wife's game name after she was already an advanced TH8.

What can we do? Quit clash? Not play any supercell games anymore? I guess it depends on how offended you are but those are the only options I am aware of.

Just cause? If your wife's IGN was "SunshineAndButterflies" they would not have randomly selected her for a name change at their whim. Go ahead and PM me what her name was that prompted the name change, let's see if it was just random and without just cause.

They are clear in their TOS what they can and will do. You ignoring that agreement you made by installing the game does not mean Supercell acts without just cause, just means you are ignorant of what you agreed to when accepting their TOS.
