I especially like the idea where you can see what troops your clanmates are upgrading. Also the part which you can see what country your clan mates come from, but I have a question for that, what if you are from 2 countries, and also what if you are from one country , but you live in another?

Well thought out ideas. Problem with your save reply idea. You act as though replays are video files that you can just save to your camera roll. It is not. Its a data file that your coc app translates and renders on the fly. Thats why sometimes live replays dont match regular replays because of data packet loss. Your asking the game to have the capability to render video that no other non-jailbroken apps cant even do as a standalone app much less interested into the game app.
